This Saturday at Bond Park – Hopping Down the Bunny Trail
Cary, NC- The 20th annual Easter Egg Hunt is coming down the bunny trail to Bond Park on Saturday April 16.Cary’s Easter Egg Hunt is so popular that there are two sessions. The morning session begins at 10:30 a.m. and the afternoon session is set for 1:30 p.m.
The free event is for children ages 10 and under. There is no registration required to participate, but be sure to be on time as the actual egg gathering takes place in the blink of an eye! Parking can be a premium, plan to arrive early so that you don’t miss activities while trying to secure your parking space.
If your children would like to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny before the activity, the Cary Teen Council hosts the its annual “Breakfast with the Bunny” at 8:30 a.m. at Bond Park’s Kiwanis Shelter.
Before heading out to Cary’s annual Easter egg hunt, enjoy a delicious continental breakfast hosted by the Cary Teen Council. Muffins, donuts, fresh fruit and more will be served. The Easter Bunny himself will be available for pictures and videos! Tickets for that event must be purchased in advance- and note: it usually sells out beforehand.

Kids 2 and under are free but must still obtain a ticket

All proceeds benefit the Cary Teen Council.

Morning Hunt
- Age 3 and younger, 10 a.m. at Field #1
- Ages 4-6, 10:20 a.m. at Field #2
- Ages 7-10, 10:40 a.m. at Field #3
Afternoon Hunt
- Age 3 and younger, 1:30 p.m. at Field #1
- Ages 4-6, 1:50 p.m. at Field #2
- Ages 7-10, 2:10 p.m. at Field #3
Entertainment
Before and during the hunts, the entire family can enjoy the ongoing entertainment located in the parking lot of the Kiwanis Shelter. There will be cotton candy, hotdogs, Cary Police and Fire Departments, and inflatable rooms to bounce around. Directly following the morning and afternoon hunts, magician Magic Shaun will perform a magic show at the Sertoma Amphitheatre.
