Save A Life Walk Has Legs

Cary, NC- The second annual Save A Life Walk on October 9th drew a crowd of over 300 to the Wake Med Soccer Park in their quest to raise money to help prevent teen suicide.
The group raised over $5000 and participants included Mayor of Cary Harold Weinbrecht and Wake County School’s Superintendent Tony Tata.
Money raised will go towards education in the prevention of teen suicides.
Victoria said “We will definitely be having the Third annual 5k next fall.” and “We are also having monthly Save A Life meetings for the public. Our first one is November 1st at Bond Park Community Center at 7:00!”
