Cary, NC – One of the advantages of having a professional soccer team in Cary is the opportunity for kids to learn from the pros. Starting in May, the Carolina RailHawks will be offering a full summer of camps to improve student-players at all levels.

RailHawks Soccer Camps

The Carolina RailHawks summer camps are instructional evening soccer camps conducted by current professional RailHawks players and coaches.  The camps are designed to improve a player’s technical skills and tactical understanding of the game in a fun, positive and encouraging environment that stretches each player’s current capabilities and fosters creativity in their play.
The camps are open to boys and girls ages 8-15 of all skill levels.  Kids will be divided into groups based on age and skill level.  All summer camps are held on the same world-class soccer fields at WakeMed Soccer Park that the RailHawks train on every day.  All summer campers receive a RailHawks soccer ball and camp t-shirt.

Each camp is four days and focuses on one particular skill area:

  • Club Tryout Prep Camp
  • Development Camp
  • Defender Camp
  • Goal Keeper Camp
  • Ginga Camp (Brazilian style)
  • Finishing Camp

The series of camps repeats all summer (except Club Tryout which is only offered in May). See RailHawks Camps for more info.
