Cary, NC – The rain beat down on Soccer Park in Cary on Saturday night, and the RailHawks ended up losing to the San Antonio Scopians by a score of 1-0. But they still managed to secure a birth in the NASL Playoffs.

RailHawks Clinch Playoff Spot

The RailHawk’s advance to the post-season all came down to league play. Both FC Edmonton and Atlanta tied in matches earlier in the evening, guaranteeing the ‘Hawks a spot in the playoffs.

Only one regular season home game remains on September 22 against the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

The NASL Playoff schedule has yet to be announced, but stay tuned.
