Cary, NC – In some places, January is a chilly time for business. Not so much in Cary. Grab a fistful of business cards and get out there this month.

Business Roundtable with Rep Tom Murry – January 17

Tom Murry represents many area residents of Cary and Morrisville in House District 41. House Speaker Tom Tillis announced in December his selection of Rep. Murry to lead the Commerce and Job Development committee.

Murry will hold a business roundtable on Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 8-9 AM at the Cary Chamber. Free event for Chamber members, but registration is required.

State of the Town Address – January 23

Cary Mayor Harold Weinbrecht will deliver his State of the Town Address to the business community at Prestonwood Country Club on January 23, 2013 from 7:30-9:00 AM.

Ashworth Dinner – January 25

The Heart of Cary Association presents the 2nd Annual Ashworth Dinner on Friday, January 25, 2013. The gala event honors an individual or organization that has advanced the mission of the Heart of Cary Association and downtown revitalization. More info and reservations.
