More New Tenants at Waverly Place

Cary,NC – Waverly Place recently announced the addition of some new tenants. We’re exicted to see the center filling up with new retail as they continue to expand on the success of last year’s events schedule.

Waverly Place Fills Up

RP Realty Partners, LLC, a full-service real estate investment firm, has announced four new signed leases at Waverly Place.

What They Offer

Esteem Me Montessori & Creative Play Drop Off Day Care is a feeder Montessori for children six weeks to six years of age and also offers creative art classes for children in addition to a drop off day care for parents in need of the last minute child care assistance.

Green Pea Baby, relocating from Apex, is a mother-owned children’s boutique focusing on baby & children’s furniture, décor, clothing and essentials for expectant mothers.

PureBody Personal Training is an expansion of the existing PureBody Fitness Studio, offering a new site for more personal one-on-one training for various fitness goals.

Whisk ~ Kitchenware & Cooking Classes will offer contemporary kitchen supplies, while also offering innovative cooking classes.

Waverly Events

Waverly Place will kick off the summer season with their signature events including the Waverly Farmers Market, Wind Down Wednesdays and much more. Events will kick off this spring with the second annual Easter Bonnet and Hat Show , event on March 30.

“We are delighted to be bringing back our signature events. The outpouring of support we’ve received from the community allowed us to continue such amazing events for all of the families,” says event manager, Angela Slater.

The Farmers Market returns on April 20 and The Wind Down Wednesday concerts begin May 22. The concerts series was especially popular, drawing thousands to the center during the past summer.

A new series, with jazz music is in the works for the fall, and other surprise events will be announced as details are finalized.
