Cary, NC — The Bass Pro Grand Opening in Cary this Wednesday promises to be a big event. But the mix of heavy traffic and some rough weather could prove treacherous.
Bass Pro Grand Opening Night
Wednesday evening, February 12, 2014, the Bass Pro Grand Opening ceremony will take place at 6 PM with a ribbon cutting at 6:30 PM.
Wednesday night is an “Evening for Conservation,” with 50¢ of every $1.00 donated to the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation.
Bass Pro Grand Opening Weekend
With more than 100,000 square feet and a store that’s like a museum or entertainment park (Shopertainment), folks will be flocking to the new Bass Pro Shops in Cary.
Yes, Shops is pluralized. No, it is not Shoppe.
Bass Pro has a weekend of special events and giveaways starting on Thursday morning at 8 AM including gift cards, neck gators, string bags and a Bass Pro logo fishing lure.
You can even see the first edition of the Bass Pro Shops Cary circular.
