Weekend: 2015 Cary Scavenger Hunt & More

Cary, NC — CaryCitizen’s own Cary Scavenger Hunt is Saturday, September 12, 2015. It’s Cary’s biggest adventure and a whole lot of fun – but we won’t steal the spotlight. There are some other great events on the calendar this weekend, too.

Thursday, September 10, 2015

Live at Lunch, the lunchtime concert series in Downtown Cary, continues on Thursday with musician Chris Overstreet making an appearance at the Fidelity Bank Plaza from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. Pack your lunch or buy one nearby to sit out and enjoy a picnic with live music.

Join Cary’s Sister Cities Association for the Citizen Diplomacy Dinner, an engaging program designed to encourage dialogue with local leaders about the Triangle’s cultural diversity and ways citizens can make a difference by engaging with other cultures. The dinner starts at 7 pm at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center – tickets are $15 on etix.

If you’re looking for something fun to do, visit Mac’s Tavern in Cary by 8 pm to catch Bar Plays – short, fun performances by the Cary Playwrights’ Forum that use the bar at Mac’s as the stage. The admission price is just a donation at the door.
