Cary egg hunts were last weekend, but Raleigh Easter returns for its ninth year as the largest Easter egg hunt in Raleigh with seven different egg hunts through out the day and over 60,000 eggs. Raleigh Easter will take place in Downtown Raleigh in Halifax Mall on Saturday, March 26, 2016. Along with egg hunts, there will be face painting, inflatables activities and a live band. The entire event is free and open to everyone in the community from 10 am-2 pm.

Are you tired of egg hunts yet? If not, you can unearth colorful eggs, take a photo with a resident dino and dig up some real fossils for your personal collection at the Museum of Life + Science in Durham. The Museum’s Dinosaur Trail will be full of prehistoric dinosaur excitement. Pre-registration is required. This event is recommended for ages 6 and under.
