Chatham St. Chowdown at New Summer Location
Cary, NC – Cary’s big outdoor party for food lovers is back for the Summer but the famous Chatham Street Chowdown is now in a different location so make sure you know where your favorite mobile eateries are located.
Food Truck Summer Rally
There are only four Chatham Street Chowdowns this year, with two in the Summer. With the Sunday, June 26, 2016 food truck rally, the trucks will not be their usual location and will instead be along East Chatham Street in Downtown Cary.
The Chatham Street Chowdown will stretch from the intersection of Academy Street and Chatham Street to the intersection of Templeton and Chatham Street, with a stage for live music at the intersection with Walker Street.
The event has been moved from its usual location due to construction on Academy and Chatham Street.
There are more than 20 food trucks at the June event, not including four beer and wine vendors. The food trucks will be:

- Cousins Maine Lobster
- Gussy’s Greek
- Hibachi Xpress
- Jam Soft Serve Ice Cream
- La Farm Bakery

- Mac-Ur-Roni
- Mr. A’s Beignets
- My Cup Overflows Southern Soul Grill
- Only Burger
- PhoNomenal
- Porchetta
- Qspresso
- Rolling Bistro
- Sonny Inc.’s Southern Chicken, Shrimp and Fish Fry
- The Cookie People
- Verandah
- Zeke’s Meats
Plus vendors from Bond Bros. Beer Company, Chatham Hill Winery, Fortnight Brewery and Fullsteam.
Also at the event will be live music from Mikemickxer from the start of the event from 5 to 7 PM and then Trophy Husbands from 7:30 to 9:30 PM when the event ends. There will be spaces for kids’ games and activities.
Entry into the Chatham Street Chowdown is free and open to the public and pets are allowed.
