WWOCS: Green Hope Soccer, Ranked #3 in Nation

Story from staff reports. Photos by Tom Mousseau.

Cary, NC – In this edition of Wide World of Cary Sports, we focus on Green Hope varsity boys soccer, ranked #1 in North Carolina and #3 in the nation, according to Max Preps.

Juggernaut

Last week, GH dispatched Cardinal Gibbons 3-1. And on Monday, they put away Athens Drive four to zip.

Falcons soccer, under head coach (and sometime CaryCitizen contributor) Andrew Chadwick, are 9-0-0 in conference play and 13-0-0 overall this season.

Contributing Photographer Tom Mousseau captured the action against Gibbons last week. Coincidentally, Green Hope’s goalie is also named Thomas Mousseau.

How about a report of the 9-1-0 13-1-0 record now that #3 in the nation Green Hope Mens Soccer lost to Fuquay-Variana by a score of 4 to 2. And if you discount the goal scored by Fuquay-Varina on a PK the score is still 3 – 2.
