Cary, NC – Cary Economic Development, a joint venture of the Town and the Cary Chamber, scored another win today to end the year on a high note. Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has chosen Cary for a new Center of Excellence facility.
The new facility expects to add 45 jobs to the area and will support Kenexa’s clients throughout North America.
Kenexa Connects with Cary
Kenexa is a worldwide player in human resources. They help companies with recruitment technology, employment branding, performance management, compensation and learning.
The Center of Excellence in Cary will handle Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). For many companies, outsourcing recruitment can yield better candidates at a lower cost than handling the process in-house.
With more than 100 psychologists and researchers on staff, Kenexa brings a focus and level of expertise that is hard to match in recruitment.
Kenexa was founded in 1987 with corporate headquarters in Wayne, PA. It has Centers of Excellence located around the world, with facilities in Shanghai, Dubai, Buenos Aires, Krakow, Vizag, India and Frisco, Texas.
Now, Kenexa has a Cary connection, further validating our town and the region has an attractive hub for business. Kudos to Sandy Jordan and and the Chamber’s Economic Development committee for landing this prestigious employer.
More evidence that Cary is a business-friendly community that continues to attract high-quality jobs.
