Cary, NC – This weekend includes a Chili Brew festival at Booth Amphitheatre, the Spring opening of two farmers’ markets, a blood drive, a play at Cary Arts Center and an array of other entertaining and enriching diversions on the Calendar of Events.

Theater: Morning’s at Seven

Morning’s at Seven, the bittersweet comedy by Paul Osborn, opens on Friday and is playing all weekend at Cary Arts Center. Read our Preview for more info.

Friday Night – Opera Music

On Friday, the Cary Town Band presents “Opera-tune-ity,” music from Rossini’s Barber of Seville to Offenbach’s Orpheus, from Wagner’s Gotterdammerung to Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess, with a lot more and a few surprises in between. More info on the Calendar.

Farmers’ Markets

Cars & Coffee

Chili Brew Fest

Taste over 75 Craft Beers, Try 10+ Types of Chili; enjoy specialty cheeses and a dizzying array of hot sauces. 12 – 6 PM at Booth Amphitheatre.
