CA Technologies Celebrates Earth Day in Ritter Park

Cary, NC –  Earth Day was celebrated on April 22, and here in Cary CA Technologies employees took time out of their work day to clean and beautify Cary’s Ritter Park.  The effort is part of  is part of CA Technologies’ nationwide 7th annual Green Week initiative in which the company is showing its continued commitment to promote environmental awareness and its sustainability efforts.

Green Week promotes environmental awareness and supports the company’s sustainability efforts. As part of the program, CA Technologies employees  gave time during their work day to nonprofit organizations, and participated in activities like beach clean-ups, tree plantings, trail maintenance and more.

Employee-driven projects will took place throughout the U.S. in locations including Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Bellevue, WA, Cary, NC; East Windsor, CT; Ewing, NJ; Framingham, MA; Ft Collins, CO; Herndon, VA; Islandia, NY; Lisle, IL; New York City, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Plano, TX; Portsmouth, NH; Santa Clara, CA; Southfield, MI; and Tampa, FL and internationally in countries including Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, Colombia, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

Here in Cary, the CA Technologies’ Cary office took time out of their work day to celebrate Earth Day and teamed up with the Town of Cary Spruce Program at Harold D. Ritter Park where they cleared two landscaping beds and planted new shrubs. The event was part of CA Technologies 7^th annual Green Week initiative.
