Orion Silver & Accessories in Downtown Cary
Cary, NC — I’ve walked by Orion Silver & Accessories in downtown Cary a dozen times. Today, I finally went inside.

Orion is located right beside Kababish Cafe, my go-to spot for lunch in downtown Cary. I had walked past it many times, intrigued by the Elvis Presley purse, colorful scarves and large jewelry hanging in the front window, but had never gone inside.
Today, my curiosity got the best of me, and I stopped in to browse.
I’d describe Orion as the perfect place to find costume jewelry, prom jewelry and/or jewelry for someone with a particular interest or style. For instance, within minutes of being in the store, I saw birdhouse earrings, a teddy bear pin, North Carolina necklaces, charms that looked like paint palettes, flashy cocktail rings and more. Orion has jewelry and accessories that would make personal gifts for dog lovers, bird watchers, musicians, teachers and more.
There was so much jewelry – more than I could look at – but it was all organized very well. Rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces – Orion had it all. I saw everything for everyone, from flashy, diva-like jewelry to more natural, wooden pieces.
If you need a sparkly tiara for prom or a costume party, Orion is your place. The store also had dozens of solid and printed scarves, hairbands and purses for all occasions. This is the place to go if you’re searching for a handbag, clutch, jewelry item, hair piece – you name it – to match an outfit, Halloween costume or prom dress.
It would also be a fun place for girls and their moms to shop and browse.
Most of the items in Orion Silver & Accessories were under $10, and many were under $6.
