Business Bits: Alston Town Center, Park West and Parkside Town Commons
Cary, NC – There are lots of new businesses announced in Cary and Morrisville this month, including the new Alston Town Center, Park West and Parkside Town Commons.
Alston Town Center
The process for bringing Alston Town Center on NC-55 and Petty Farm Road to Cary has been going on a long time but now some of the shopping center’s tenants have been announced. So far, the listed tenants are pet food and supply store Pet People, beauty salon Posh Nail Spa and exercise center CycleBar.
Alston Town Center will be anchored by a Whole Foods.
Park West Village
Morrisville’s Park West Village is adding several new stores. Boutique Pink Magnolia is opening its second location in Park West Village. The shopping center also now has a Starbucks.
Gift and paper boutique Cute Buttons has also moved to Park West Village.
Morrisville
Also opening in Morrisville, on Lattner Court, is spa and beauty center A’Dorn Aesthetic and Laser Center.
Waverly Place
Waverly Place has added another new business with exercise center Delphi Fitness.
Parkside Town Commons
Parkside Town Commons on NC-55 has now added restaurant Persis Indian.
Centrum at Crossroads
Now open in Centrum at Crossroads on Walnut Street is restaurant BJ’s Brewhouse, now open in the old location of Golden Corral.
Downtown Cary
Gourmet pizza restaurant Pizzeria Faulisi is opening soon in Downtown Cary and Garage Bros. is coming in the old location of Cary Jewelry and Pawn.
New Purchases
West Park Place, the shopping center at the intersection of NC-55 and High House Road, has now been bought by BAO Holding Company.
Printing company International Minute Press on Chapel Hill Road is now owned by Neal Sugarman.
Paula Higdon has bought franchise rights to Del’s Frozen Lemonade and will be using the mobile stand around Cary to sell lemonade.
