Business: Lindsey Chester Is Finalist for Knight Fellowship
Cary, NC – CaryCitizen co-founder Lindsey Chester has been named a finalist for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation New Media Boot Camp in Los Angeles.
The fellowship includes lodging, meals and instruction/coaching plus a subsidy for travel to the University of Southern California Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. From the Knight Digital Media website:
This intense one-week boot camp plus 6-week online learning program is designed for 20 competitively selected digital entrepreneurs with great ideas for community news and information initiatives in the public interest.
