Survey: $10,000 Tax Credit for New Home Construction

Cary, NC – The New Home Purchase Stimulus Act (H-485) was introduced to the NC General Assembly on March 30. It would grant a $10,000 tax rebate to purchasers of new home construction (homes construction that is permitted after July 1, 2011).

Teen Artists Shine in 4th Annual Eva Perry Contest

The winners of the Eva Perry 4th Annual Teen Art Contest were announced earlier this week and it is an impressive and varied body of work. The artwork spans genres including drawing, painting, digital art, multimedia, photography and 3D. It is on exhibit now at the Eva Perry Library, 2100 Shepherds Vineyard Drive in Apex. Read more
