Cary, NC- LORD Corporation, headquartered in Cary NC, has announced that Rick McNeel, chairman, president and CEO, will retire as president and CEO of the company, effective Dec. 31, 2012. Ed Auslander has been named McNeel’s successor and will assume the role of president and CEO of LORD Corporation, effective Jan. 1, 2013. Read more

Our very own Cary “Geek Squad” aka the “Technology Task Force” met Wednesday for the first time at Town Hall. I was impressed with the breadth and depth of their experience, their passion for making Cary a better place, and their willingness to take valuable time out of their lives to help in this important endeavor.
