It’s another busy Spring weekend in Cary, with many musical performances, local crafts and the annual Herbfest event.
The Girl Scouts and the Girl Scout Cookie are synonymous in American culture, with emphasis put on who can sell the most cookies. And in Cary, two local scouts topped the list in Wake County, selling more than 3,000 boxes between them.
At West Cary Middle School, their PTA has one fundraiser for 2017. So they tried to make a big splash with it, organizing the school’s first ever Color Run.
Morrisville has been steadily building its reputation over the years. That work appears to have paid off, with Morrisville named as the best place to live in North Carolina according to a new neighborhood data ranking.
The North Carolina Courage’s first season here in Cary has been going strong, as the top-ranked team added to their record with a big victory over the Orlando Pride.
This month, there are several new businesses that have opened in Cary, as well as others that have announced their arrival.
It will be a busy weekend in Cary, with Art Loop, the Farmers’ Market, lots of live music and more. And best of all, no more rain.
Cary’s new Downtown Park has been open more than a month now and its fountain has become a key component, both attracting visitors and raising money for a program to support Cary residents.
