Cary, NC- May 24 was declared Cary’s National Taiwan Heritage Day in a proclamation by Councilman Jack Smith. He spoke at the beginning of what turned out to be an amazing display of athletics by the Taipei Physical Education College’s award winning Cultural Arts Performing Team Friday at the Cary Arts Center. Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration at Matthews House
