This weekend was The Princess Talks at the Cary Arts Center. This play, a production of the Triangle Comedy Actors Studio and the Town of Cary, took famous pop culture princess and reimagined them for a modern audience.

The 2013-2014 Marvelous Music Series at Cary Arts Center ended Friday evening with Grammy Winning Jazz Vocalist/Pianist Diane Schuur. Cary’s Cultural Arts Manager, Lyman Collins, announced that the entire season (six events) had been a sellout.

Last Sunday, before intermission, I put my cameras down and became an audience member. Soprano Lora Fabio sang “Donde leita usci” from “La Boheme”. It was the most incredibly beautiful music I’ve ever heard.
