Cary, NC – 2018 started with news that the Triangle area, including Cary, made the final cut for Amazon’s second headquarters. As part of those negotiations, Cary has tried to put its best foot forward, both in what the town has to offer and what incentives it can bring. Read more
Cary, NC – In West Cary, the town is taking up an unusual plan by building two parks at once. At the first design information meeting, residents got to see the first ideas for both parks and give their thoughts and input as well. Read more
Cary, NC – At our last council meeting the council unanimously approved Fenton, a signature mixed-use project which will be located along Cary Town Blvd. across the street from the future IKEA and Cary Town Center Mall. Read more

Cary, NC – The Cary Town Council approved rezoning for the largest development in town history at their latest meeting, as well as votes on infrastructure and two rezoning Public Hearings. Read more
Cary, NC – If 2017 was the year the Town of Cary voted to approve the Cary Community Plan, then 2018 is the year residents see that plan make an impact. This was the theme of Cary Mayor Harold Weinbrecht’s annual State of the Town address as he said Cary is entering a transformative period. Read more
