Cary, NC – The latest Cary Town Council meeting was very busy, with a second Public Hearing on the Fenton development in the Eastern Gateway, designating three Cary sites as historic landmarks, naming the 2017 Hometown Spirit Award winner, renaming a park after a much-heralded resident and much more. Cary, NC – The latest Cary Town Council meeting saw the beginning of a long public process to rezone part of the Eastern Gateway for the Fenton Development, as well as discussions about changing town ordinances and a new development on Airport Boulevard. Read more

Cary, NC – This week was another busy week with two significant events, the approval of IKEA and the groundbreaking of the third MetLife tower.
Cary, NC – After months of speculation and discussion, the Cary Town Council voted to approve the rezoning that will bring IKEA into Cary at their latest Town Council Meeting, as well as voted on other significant rezonings and annexations in town. Read more
