Morrisville, NC – While Cary and Raleigh had their earlier October election date, Election Day in Morrisville is coming this November. All candidates gathered in a candidate forum to discuss the issues ranging from road construction to the business community to the new Morrisville Town Center. Read more

Cary, NC – There was only one main agenda item at the most recent Cary Town Council meeting but it saw a lot of input from local residents as developers proposed expanding on an existing gas station at the corner of Kildaire Farm and Penny Road. Read more
Cary, NC – The plans for a large retailer in Cary Towne Center, with the intention of it becoming an IKEA, are moving through the Town of Cary’s processes, most recently passing unanimously at Cary’s Planning and Zoning Board. Read more
