Jim Sansome was awarded the French Legion Medal of Honor

Cary, NC- James Sansome was awarded the French Legion Medal of Honor in February 2014 with 14 other area veterans in a ceremony attended by Governor McCrory in Raleigh. On Tuesday May 13, Cary’s American Legion Post 67 (of which he is a member) celebrated with a  meeting in his honor. Read more

Cary, NC — The Town of Cary held the third annual Wheels on Academy car show this past Saturday May 17, 2014, hosting about 100 vehicles with their hoods open for display along Academy Street, Cary’s picturesque downtown thoroughfare.

Cary, NC- Over the past few years there has been a lot of talk about chickens in Cary. Michael and Alissa Manfre spearheaded the campaign to legalize chicken coops in Cary and were some of the first in Town to build a coop and raise chickens on their property.
